Our origin story
At the foundation of Let’s Talk lies a deep-rooted story of entrepreneurship and technological innovation. We have evolved into a leading pioneer within the telecom industry. This development was driven by the foresight of our founder, Marcel, who saw the potential to significantly simplify the cell phone subscription process.
Marcel autonomously developed a software solution that not only streamlined the subscription process, but also substantially increased sales results. This in-house developed software has established itself as the crucial foundation for telecom departments at leading retailers, including MediaMarkt Netherlands, MediaMarkt Belgium and Phone House Netherlands.
Our specialized team of primarily back-end developers works daily to continuously optimize the entire fulfillment process around subscription activations. What started as an innovative concept has grown into an indispensable tool in the dynamic landscape of the telecom sector.
Historically, our system was built on the reliable Cake PHP framework. In 2023, we made a strategic move to Shopware with a Symfony core. This decision was driven by the need for a flexible e-commerce platform that allows seamless integration with our existing systems. Shopware allows us to automate standard tasks, allowing us to focus on developing high-quality custom solutions within the Symfony framework.
